Hi Duke,

Another nice job. Great idea for a dio.

All 3 officers looking up at the wall. Are these Figarti figures?

Thanks, Raymond.:)

Nice going Duke. I like the atlantic Wall too!

Thanks Carlos and Raymond ... thought I'd do something a little different.:)

And Raymond you are right, the 3 officers are Figarti while the soldier with rifle is K&C.

Hi Duke,

Love your dios.....simplicity at its best but with a huge impact factor.

I have not started collecting Figarti yet, but the hands help with the ID.

Great Job, Raymond.:)

Thanks Raymond you are too kind. I don't really have much Figarti stuff right now, but plan on getting more in the future.

I am constantly amazed at the creativity in these dioramas. Of course the figures and landscape are nicely executed...but mostly, I am impressed with the imaginative concept. Bravo! You guys are so clever.

Duke, you are fast becoming one of the very best dio makers on this forum, this latest scene is very imaginitve and effective.Nic:cool:

Thanks Nicolas, being a WWII buff I sometimes try and recreate a scene that actually happened if I can, so thanks for the kind words.

Rob, I don't know about me being one of the best, but thanks for the compliment... you are very kind. It certainly is fun for me to try and come up with ideas for dios and am glad there are others here who might enjoy them.

Very nice Duke, but don't forget to tell your firgati figurines that the invasion come, mostly, from the sea...

Very nice Duke figures are nicely thought out and placed in the dio. It's fun to set up these mini scenes eh? :D

Thanks. I guess they are down on the beach discussing the possible invasion from the Allied perspective :D:D:).

Thank you very much. It is fun to try and come with ideas... probably the most fun part about it for me, the planning stage.:)

Thanks for posting pictures of this creative scene. Nice work and photos of a time in history before D-Day. Leadmen
