Rough riders San Juan Hill Base (1 Viewer)

So I thuink I've come across one of these bases but I've never seen one up close, looks just like the advertisement base and this one is pretty rigid, dense, the underside is hollow, not your standard dense foam, is this correct? anybody can verify?

I have the Rough Rider set and my base is as you said. It feels like it's made out of a hard plastic or resin. Hope this helps.
