I like to separate figures from sets to appeciate their individual detail and quality. There is a scarcity of naval figures on the market and one of the reasons I bought the K&C D-Day British Beachmaster set when it was recently retired was to get the Royal Navy Signaler pictured here.
IMHO this figure illustrates the best of K&C craftsmanship (e.g. sculpting & painting).

Many dioramas are impressive simply based on their vast size and scope.

This diorama is impressive because it really shows off the beauty of one figure.
