THanks Kurt, Colin (I knew you'd like this one Colin) and Harry. I appreciate the feedback. And thanks again Harry for the tip on the Arnhem buildings, I bought several of them and they are terrific.........

Fantastic work George, superb dio you've made there.

Rob

Thanks Rob; can't you just see loads of the new British figures driving the 12th SS out of their positions just outside of Caen?

Rob,
Speaking of which, there is an excellent book from Heimdal called "Gold Juno Sword" by Georges Bernage; I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Will give you loads of ideas for dioramas with the new figures coming in June and July...........

Hi Guys,

I would just like to add my compliments to George on his excellent modular display.

As one of K&C’s top dealers George realized a long time ago that great displays help sell great models.

This kind of flexible format and style can be used for Eastern Front… Western Front… Anywhere in fact where there is any kind of war-ravaged industrial location.

Very best wishes and congratulations George,
Andy C. & Gordon C. Neilson

Thanks for the positive feedback Andy and Gordon, I greatly appreciate you taking the time to post. I get a great deal of inspiration from Gordons dioramas; I can only hope someday to get to his level of skill in creating scenes for toy soldiers.

I've felt since day one in order to sell the soldiers, you need to spark the imagination of the customer.

I created this display several years ago to highlight the K & C Berlin range, Germans and Russians slugging it out in a factory complex. I had it at the World Figure Expo in Boston in 2004 and sold one of them there, sold another that fall at OTSN and decided to blow the dust off of it and create another one...............
