I picked up these figures from the Hobby Bunker at there last 20% off sale. They are from Russia and I believe they are from the Russian revolution but I don,t know much about them.
They were priced pretty high for plastics at $30 bucks a box for 10 figures per box but I bought they any way because I though they were cool looking and didn,t know if I,d ever see them again and now was the time to buy at 20% off.
I don,t know which figures go to which boxes as he had them all out of the boxes and he didn,t know which were which and there were only 3 boxes for 4 different sets.
Some of them were still on there sprues when I got them. There were I think??? five figures per sprue? on what looked like one of those gravity feed type circular round spinning molds used for metal figures as they were all in a circle on the sprue attached at the head to the sprue in a circle.
The sculpting looks good but the scale is all over the place from figure to figure and they look like they may have been sculpted by different sculptors? Some sculpts are better then others and there are a lot of officers included in the sets.
Now I need to do some research into the Russian revolution and maybe paint up a few of these guys.
Here are some pics!

Thanks for the photos! I thought that are too expensive and too big in scale for me to collect "units." They are nice looking and remind me of "Warriors of the World" by MARX. (Karl of course.)
