We are also very pleased to bring you the latest Russians from our WWII: The Battle of Stalingrad figure range. We've been pretty heavy on the German side and these new Russian sets add some much needed firepower as well as an iconic sniper and companion to the range. First, there is beautifully done Maxim Heavy Machine Gun team featuring 2 figures on a large scenic base. Next is my personal favorite set of the new releases, the Russian Sniper "Diversion" set. It features a Russian Sniper in Camo pants hiding behind a wall lifting up a dummy to try to draw fire from a German sniper in order that he will give away his position. This set was loosely inspired by the movie "Enemy at the Gates." Finally, after all of the email questions about when we would add a sniper, we are pleased to present the most reknowned of all Russian snipers at Stalingrad, Vasily Zaitsev. We have presented him here with a rubble pike as his hide as he takes aim at targets of opportunity. These sets along with the new Stalingrad German sets will be shipping late January 2012.
