The first San Antonio Toy Soldier Show will be held during the weekend of May 26th and 27th. That would be a great time to also go see the K & C store, KING’S X.

It's my birthday on the 28th!!!!!::eek::eek:

Mine too!.:)

My wish list is as simple as it is modest.

A Giant Chocolate cake with Eva Longoria inside it.
A letter from CC company saying "its your Birthday,go nuts and we'll pick up the bill"
A Crashed ME109 Warbird in a field with a member of the Home Guard.
A Churchill Crocodile
England to win any Cricket match

And best of all,My wonderful wife to get the five year all clear from the cancer she had three years back.

There not much to ask for!:)

Rob

The last one goes without saying mate.

But England winning a cricket match? Puhleeeze. That ain't gonna happen anytime soon. :(
What did you make of the World Cup?
Even leaving out England's desperate performance it was a pretty dire affair.
When I think back to The World Cup in England a few years back it was brilliant but this has set the game back quite a way.
I think the 20/20 World Cup will be better or "Hit and Giggle" as those funny Ozzies call it.

Thanks James.Spot on mate,The World Cup was a pretty dire affair.I think one of the probs in our country is this.We have a player(Flintoff) who has one very good series (the previous Ashes)and then almost at once he is held up as a sort of one man super team, legend, hero etc.Its just unrealistic to expect too much of one man.And the team as a whole just didn't perform did they?.

The murder of Bob Woolmer was awful and put a downer on the whole thing that never really lifted. The highlight for me was Ireland beating Pakistan.I think unless we improve big time James it won't be long before Ireland and Scotland are beating us.And when that happens i will go and live as a Hermit somewhere.

I'm not a huge Flintoff fan. I think he was awesome in 2005 against the Aussies but after that returned to his old ways.
He always looks like he's been on the beer the night before to me!
That doesn't seem the right preparation for a top class sportsman these days.

Funnily enough the best game in the World Cup was England V West Indies. Both teams scored over 300 and it came down to the last few balls.
Other than that most matches were desperately low scoring and one sided.

Aaaah the far gone days of 2005!.I was there in trafalgar square,England shirt,Flag, thousands of people singing 'Rocking all over the World'.What happened to our fleeting moement of Victory?.Normal service resumed.

Less than two weeks. I heard Andy might show up with some new diorama pieces.
