Hi

Does anyone own the set of H&A sandbags (not the mealie bags)? If so, can you advise the length and width of an individual bag? I do ask some weird questions, I know, but I do have my reasons.

I know nothing about "model sandbags", but if memory serves, the filled Hessian bags were 12 by 20 inches, they are bigger when empty as they lay flat. Remember they should be "three parts full". Hope that helps.

Not a weird question at all mate and the answer is 2.5cm x 1.5 cm. attached is a pic, hope this is of help.

Thank you both. That is very kind of you and the dimensions photo is invaluable. The little lady is brilliant at embrodiery and has hessian coming out of her ears! I've talked her into making some sandbags for me but my ability to calculate scale is abysmal. This is a great help indeed. Thank you.
