From the great, unfortunately discontinued, Victoria Cross series, I would like to feature set no. 43073 (Saving Captain Webb - Charge of the Light Brigade - Balaclava).
This very nice set, among many others, is currently still available here on the sales page of the Treefrog Store for a just $30.00.
Getting 4 figures and a horse for that kind of money is a deal that just can't be beat, I would think :wink2:

I am tempted to buy a second set at $30.00.^&grin

Here is my ID of the figures (I hope I am correct):

Troop Sergeant Major John Berryman (17th Lancers) and Sergeant John Farrell (17th Lancers) carry the mortally wounded Captain Webb (17th Lancers).

Lance Sergeant Joseph Malone (13th Light Dragoons) holds the reins of Captain Webb's horse.

All 3 Sergeants were awarded the Victoria Cross.

Konrad, excellent set & excellent price! Its one of my favourite glossy sets done by the First Gear guys & one of the first I'd bought since there ownership! Just love it!
