Taking the length of an M1A1 Sherman at 584 cm, the Figarti is 1:29.66 (close to 1:30) and the K&C is 1:28.74 (quite a bit larger)
Taking the width of an M1A1 Sherman at 261 cm, the Figarti is 1:31.6 (quite a bit smaller than 1:30 in fact closer to 1:32 than to 1:30) and the K&C is 1:29.36 (close to 1:30)
Also note the Figarti and K&C tanks are not the same versions of the Sherman so that will introduce some inaccuracies in comparisons.
Thank You Carlos and Terry,
So it appears that they are BOTH somewhat accurate and a toss up in that regard.
I "generally" do not pay to much attention to the scale inaccuracies especially when they are this close in size.
I am not sure who that ANDY character is ..^&grin .. but I must agree with him ... I much prefer the K&C if only for the visual aspects and attention to greater details.
As a large collector of the K&C USMC sets the Sherman and the figures blend very well together.
Just my opinion
One thing I watch for is how close the scales of length, width and height are to each other. If there is too much difference in scales for L, W & H the shape of the vehicle gets distorted giving a misshaped vehicle.
