Over the years I've collected perhaps thirty 54mm Frontline Figures from the Mecklenburg fifes and drums circa 1914. I'd like to make a figure holding a schellenbaum, but have the following questions:

1. What were the color of the tassels . . . i.e., white, national colors, state colors?

2. What was the insign/banner on the staff itself . . . state eagle, Mecklenburg coat of arms, whatever?

TIA

City colors are Blue and White as are the state colors of Bavaria. This is a German type Schellenbaum.
