Years ago, my son was in the Sea Cadets and enjoyed being in the color guard so I asked Ed Burley to make a set for him. I also included a Navy officer and an Army Sergeant (representing myself) as observers..

Can you spot the error in the Color Guard configuration?

They're missing the holders for the flags? Otherwise no.

But there's still one fault in their formation..

Actually someone named it when I reposted this on "Glossies" forum..

Don't the Escorts to the Colours (on either side) have their rifles on the Outside shoulder?? Thus the Escort to the right of the picture, as you look at it - should have his weapon on the "outside" ( i.e his left shoulder, instead of his right one). jb
