Seeking info on a figure (1 Viewer)

Some years back I remember seeing a figure offered of a colonial or 1812 Marine perched in a ships rigging firing a rifle presumably down on an opposing ship. It was kind of a small diorama including a portion of the ship's deck, the mast, and the rigging coming from the mast. Not sure of the scale. Does anyone have any information on this figure as to who made it and how long ago??
