Hello Everyone,

Does anyone use a self-hardening clay in their projects? I think David at TM Terrain uses a clay under the name of "Daz Pronto". Thinking of using it for groundwork and rock walls, but I cannot recall any forum projects where it has been used.

Seems to be available as a white or red shale color.

Thanks

Ken...

I have very little experience with clay...

the self drying clays I have used all have a shrinkage factor...

the clays I used in baking did better...

sorry............

it sounds expensive...

Das Pronto is widely sold in handicraft stores. Generally used for creating clay pottery/dolls, I have used it for groundwork.
It has a shrinkage factor, sometimes leading to cracks. Once dry, it is very hard. It feels like plasticine when malleable.
