Did K&C D-day set DD008 originally come with the crate shown in the picture that one of the figures is sitting on ? I was planning to list on on eBay, but wanted to make sure I actually had a complete set. Thanks

No. The crate is from one of the early Arnhem sets.

According to Bill Sagers' website DD010 is the ambulance.

Just looking at an old K&C leaflet and the set is definately DD8. DD10 is the ambulance.
