Recently watched the blu-ray of the 2010 movie Shanghai starring
John Cusack. Takes place in Shanghai in October 1941. Sort of a 1940
style mystery, suspense type --- Spies, Nazis, Chinese gangsters, Japanese
military. Violence, but not overt. Romance, but no nude scenes. Surprisingly,
dialogue is without four-letter expressions. Just entertaining with a flavor of
old International intrigue.

Sorry, I didn't know this movie hasn't even been released
in theaters in the U. S. yet. I heard October. My kids live
in Singapore, and sent it to me. It is avaiable from Yes Asia
in Hong Kong.

I've ordered from them before and have had no problems. I'm
not big on Asian movies, but they have quite a selection.
