Shaq...on HBO... (1 Viewer)

just watched episode 3...
sometimes you feel Shaq is a total blowhard bragging on himself...
still...he's such a character...I can't turn away from him...he totally cracks me up...
and he did truly dominate in his prime...
his size...athleticism and will to win...was hard to match for other teams...just too big and too fast...
he definitely gives himself a lot of credit...and probably deservedly so...
but his stories are hilarious in only a way Shaq himself could tell them...
he makes a lot of fun of himself...which I find refreshing...
shame he put on so much weight which hampered his game...til his relationship with Phil and Kobe disintegrated...
I truly think the Lakers could of won more than 3 rings...if Shaq had made the effort to practice and lose 20-25 lbs...
to get his 4th with the Heat...without Kobe...probably cemented his legacy...
but he did have a fantastic cast with him in Miami...
