It has fantastic photo's and paintings, as well as great insight by the author, who details Michael Wittman's demise in a fierce battle against the firefly. Book is on Amazon for about $12.00.

You are quite right - this is a nice book for the money. I had forgotten that gunner Ekins had only fired the 17 pounder a few times before knocking out three Tiger tanks in a very short time. I recommend this book also!

Yes i have this book and its well worth a read.I bet this young man never imagined he would be responsible for ridding the world of one of the most famous men the German army!.
