Since you can only order directly from First Legion, does this mean you have to pay shipping costs from Hong Kong or China?

I think you'd have found that shipping cost for 10 figs would have been $16 for 20 would have been $17.25 or thereabouts. I think $13 to where you are is about the minimum that UPS will deliver any weight...

I regards to the shipping, I would add that I have paid about $15 for UPS from Texas to Nebraska. Last couple of order was 3 figures, then 5.

Each time, it has been less then three days from order to delivery. In fact, I made an order last Wednesday morning at 7 am, then had the figures by 11 am Friday.
