I received the new Sturmpanzer IV Brummbar last week. It’s my first TGM tank and they did a great job with it. It looks perfect with the Normandy SS Patrol figures, tank riders, even the new panzer crew/loader figures.

However, I’ve got a question for other collectors that got either the summer camouflage or winter Brummbars: What is your opinion on the vehicle’s scale? It appears a little small to me, rather like it is 1/30 scale while the figures are TGM’s typical 1/28 scale size... Just curious if I’m seeing things, lol.

Otherwise it’s a great model of a rare and unique German tank 😎

Great photos and diorama.
I got one too, but mine is sitting on a shelf and not on an awesome diorama.
The commander figure seems undersized maybe? Or malnourished.

You have taken some great photos. I agree with you, I think the figures are a larger scale to the vehicles; although they do look great. I’m really happy with the Brümmbar.

Very nice tank and excellent diorama.
I agree regarding the figures on the larger size when standing next to tank. It's been well known that TG , K&C figures are at ~1/28 where as armors are 1/30. Only FL ww2 figures are at consistent 1/30.

Got the same impression about under scale before I saw your question. Very nice machine, but the size will be problem for me, so it will have to be displayed by itself with no figures, when it arrives. Great photos. Robin.

Hi Tman,

I love your dio and although it does look like the tank is a little small, it still looks pretty slick as you've pictured with the tank riders. Great scene you created and your pictures are top notch. One day, I'm going to create one of these framed dios; but until then, I will have to admire yours.

Great photos and diorama.

Take some shots, Footman. Have some fun with it.

EDIT: I esp. like this one that really highlights the details of the tank and new loaders.
