Has K&C ever released single figures from boxed sets that they have done in the past?

The MP DD042 (single), is the same dude from the DD032(?) Mortar team, albeit repainted slightly differently. the RMP from the EA005 set was also released as a K&C UK special single.
There's also a few examples of same figure, but repainted, which were originally sold as a set, but then sold as a single in revised uniform, such as the more recent FJ sets.
Probably more, but those are some off the top of my head.

Back in the old days (1984-1995), almost all of the figures sold in sets were also available as single figures. For example, the old glossy Seaforths, Afghans, Cavalry, etc. were all available in everything from huge presentation boxed sets like "The Last Stand of the Seaforths" or complete 16 mounted figure squadrons with an officer, buglar, and 14 troopers, as well as 6-8 figure infantry or 4 figure cavalry sets of related figures, and single figures (which sometimes came in little hunged see-through plastic boxes with cool K&C lables on top).

In the matt era, single figures from larger sets are a rarity, and only came as special figures or repaints.

Thanks for the info Simon & Louis. Wonder of there would be any interest in bring back singles of older sets that had not been previously issued as singles and in their original paint scheme?
