A little charge of the 1st Duke of York's own Lancers, better known as the "Skinner's Horse. These figures are from the early to mid 90's and in the very "Toy Soldier" style of many decades.
Time for Britains to bring up new Cavalry charges in the present great gloss style.

The Skinner's Horse are my favorite Indian cavalry regiment. I would love to see a new release/treatment of these by Britains. -- Al

A really nice set those Konrad - reminded me that these are still on my wishlist. I know that one of my favourite castings companies(Dorset) make a nice version of these. I would really like the Officer to be on the old "prancing horse" version - and also not having the holstered carbine. I must make a note to ask them if he could do a version for me to adapt like that - sometime. Maybe modern Britains could do a Glossy version like it too? Would look terrific - just as yours do. johnnybach
