I think no company ever made a sleeping figure. I think it is a very good idea;for example the figure below, that I have found on the net is very evocative {sm3}

Not so. At least 2 come to mind immediately, made by Phoenix. One was in the Georgian series, but of a sentry caught napping by his commander, circa 1776 (G22). The pair could be painted as British or Continentals. The other was in the Regency series, a single figure of a British brigadier general napping upright in a chair (R20).

I'm sure the gang will be able to come up with more examples.
