So apart from Louis, who is going to be buying the M12???????:D
I don't think I will, it's a little too big!!!!!!!!!! I wish we could see a picture of K@C's model beside an old model!!!! Like the M10, or a Sherman!!!!!!!!!:D:cool::eek:

Ooooooooooooooooooooh yeah!:) :) Can't wait to get my hands on it.Some big gun support for my Allies.Does anyone know if this was used at the Bulge?I wonder if it could be winterized?.

I think it was used in the Bulge!!!!:D:eek::cool: Anyone know how much it is going to cost????:D:confused:

Oh yeah, I may have to reallocating funding in the Defense Budget but there is NO WAY I am going to miss that monster in the collection.

It's probably big enough to melt down and use as an actual shell casing for a 155 round :D

Ever hear an actual 155 go off? I heard a battery of them go off at NTC many many years ago- sounds like God Himself ripped open the sky.

Pricewise, I will take a stab at speculation here- I am thinking not in excess of $300. You figure you have 5 full bodied figures and the Sherman chassis but bigger. That is sort of in line with the Inspection Limited Edition series out now, just bigger. Kind of reminds me when the 88 first came out in 2000 too.

As far as placing it in on a tabletop, I think this piece would work very well with those camo netting bags you can get.

I think closer to $200. Certainly no more than $250.

Yesterday on the Treefrog Treasure Upcoming Releases section it said the 2 Generals and the M12 would be $1,000.00:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

From the photos, it doesn't look that inordinately huge. For a regular issue, $200 seems high for me, but who knows?

The $1,000 seems like a typo.

I'm starting to hide away a few bucks towards an M12 (given that its about $200 like the Limited Release M4A1).

There were several battalions of M12s in the ETO, so yes, they were used at the Bulge.

Given it's a typo $1,000....

Mark me down for at least two of them eventually. These are magnificent beasts!

I want one giving supporting fire around Bastogne

WELL, if I don't have one, I will just die...maybe not. But I still want one and I will get one.

I was just watching "Hitler's Managers" on the History Channel and they had a 60-minute program about Ferdinand Porsche and his role as Chairman of the Tank Board. He helped to develop many of the German tanks including the Ferdinand which was named after him, the Elephant, and the Maus. Since K&C is going to be releasing a "King Sized" line, perhaps Andy is pondering these as well. I do hope that the next "King Size" is a DRAGON WAGON.
