Have ordered the Charge of the Light Brigade sets?.I'm really looking forward to these in June, it will be my first major K&C collection outside of WW2.Saw them up close at the London show and they look so cool, even my lovely wife thinks they look good!.

Its a little price for those of us in the United States. :(

EURO - kills us when we buy from dealers over there - love the range and wish K&C UK great success on the line.

Maybe after I sign a few more clients I will be able to jump on the CHARGE ! ;)

Ron

I suspect you have another charge closer to your heart anyway mate!;)

Rob

I have to buy it, because the Museum would not be complete without the Neville's wonderful efforts.

I might use that one on the wife, and sustitute 'office' for 'museum'!;)

Rob

no ,but purely based on cost as they do look great.
mind you all that could change in a moment of weakness:rolleyes:

Hi Rob,

Sorry to hear you've been unwell by the way. I have ordered a number of the charging brigade and a Russian Gun set. Would like to order more but the cost is a major consideration (Ron, if you think the exchange rate to Euros for you is prohibitive, think about the exchange rates to GB Pounds for us in Australia/New Zealand!!).

Having said that, I can't wait to receive them. It is the only deviation from my K&C Napoleonics..but what a deviation!! I can never say 'no' to Lancers! :)

Take the plunge and support Tony, Bob, and the UK crew. Its only money after all (and I can't afford to support them on my own).

Gotta go my financial planner is calling me.... :D

I ORDERED ALL THE LIGHT BRIGADE ITEMS, A FEW MONTHS AGO. I HOPE K AND C PUTS OUT MORE.

After seeing the unpainted masters in December and the full works at the March show this set is a must.
The pictures of Tony's diorama don't do it justice with spent cannon balls, scorched grass and debris.
This should build into a great series.
As to cost, hey it's only money, use the kid's inheritance money, they'd only misspend it anyway!!

I ordered them the moment I saw them. Tony tells me there will be additional pieces in December including Lord Cardigan. I'm already putting the money aside.

Thank you Kiwi, feeling much better now thanks. You are spot on about the money,so difficult to know what to buy. However the quality of the charge figures and the wish to support K&C UK in their first exclusive swung it for me!;) Cheers

I am really happy to hear that you are up and around so well - outstanding! :D

Had my own medical scare the last week and was told it was stress related - stress? in lobbying? - must be a mistake..;) So, now I must play more golf and take it easy - although my golf game isnt a stress reliever

I was looking through the IMW museum brochures and it looks really great - a must see on my visit. Thanks again.

As far as the "Charge" - you are right - my French Charge has to come first :D - Although I am very tempted by that Light Brigade range.

Ron

Thanks Ron.Sorry to hear of your stress mate, hope you can get some R&R in and bring your stress level down.Hope this wonderful hobby of ours helps too, theres always someone of like mind to chat to on here!.(I also find the odd whisky now and again helps!)

Glad you like the IWM stuff, your welcome. Can't wait for the charge,it might also tip me over into Napoleonic world, from which theres no return!:D

Feel better soon Ron
