The Confederate Prisioner set looks great. Thanks for the photographs.

Thanks for the ATS photos. I am eagerly awaiting a parcel of his figures in the mail these days. Did he bring a fairly large amount of inventory, and any more photos or new figure announcements made at the show you could share?

Thanks again,
MD

Dave, there are a few photo's on the show thread which Andy and I posted, from what I can remember there was a very large selection of figures on display.

Thanks Jeff. I did see the photos you and Andy had posted a couple of days ago too. Nice reporting and very much appreciated.

Cheers,
Dave

New set of the Lord Lucan command set for the Crimean cavalry will be available within the next fortnight. Set consists of Lucan and four named ADCs. That will complete the Crimean cavalry set at the beginning of the charge.

Excellent. I had heard rumor/mention of this happening, and then possibility of developing some action oriented figures further into the future as well. Did you see the Lucan set by any chance?

Speaking of the pre charge range, which is fairly comprehensive already, do you have any of these? I'd love to get all 600 or so participants in a massive line up , but that isn't going to happen, so I am considering a smaller version and awaiting my first sample trooper in the mail as we speak.

Thanks for the info.

Regards,
MD

The Lucan set consists of Lucan turned in the saddle looking to the rear, Lord Bingham in the frock coat of the Coldstream Guards, Lord Paulet in staff undress frock coat, Captain Charteris in the uniform of the 7th dragoon guards with undress peaked cap and Captain the Hon W. Walker in the shell jacket and trews of the 92nd Highlanders. Nik has said that he will give a discount to anyone who orders either brigade man for man!!

The complete set up for the Crimean cavalry about to move off down the valley would be as follows;-
First Cardigan and his staff in front of the entire Light brigade (673 men)then Lucan, commander of the cavalry division with his staff in advance of the Heavy brigade(some 800 men) commanded and led by Scarlet and his staff.

Now THAT'S what I call a diorama!!

Well, before the discount and not including shipping charges, the Light Brigade alone would be just a shade under US $39K at current rates of exchange.
