Some Help Identifying Diorama Piece (1 Viewer)

I recently won this in an auction. Due to the similarity to other King & Country diorama pieces (PLA stand, German stand, Roman fortress...), I thought this might have been made by King & Country. I can not find anything on it.



Any thoughts would be appreciated.

With the exception of some planes and vehicles, I thought I had seen most everything that K&C produced prior to 1996. I guess not. Thank you for the info!
