Some old plastics to identify? (1 Viewer)

Amongst a group of rough old plastic figures I found were these. They were with some later Mokarex so they may be European.

The knights are 45mm high as is the Indian army soldier. The Indian soldier came with some national costume type figures (possibly Mokarex?).

Any thoughts on these?

The top figure looks like its a Commonwealth Products figure. They did lots of different nationality figures.

Stumped on the bottom two.

Both the kights are Cherilea and made in the '50's/60's. They should have a circular indent in the base.

Hello,
the Sikh soldier is not a Mokarex fore sure. Maybe a British premium... Can I borrow your pic to ask on my French Forum?

Best regards.

Breizh,

That's fine to use the images on the French forum. Several other non-military figures were included with these figures of the same manufacturer, so if you want some images of these as well send me a personal message with your e-mail address and I will forward them on.

Steve,

The Cherilea figures don't have a circular indent on the base. Were these figures ever copied?

Not every Cherilea had the identifying circles and there certainly was more than one set of moulds, plus I am sure that these were copied, but these look like originals as there is what looks to be some original paint. Also the copies don't have such clarification.
In my own collection, I have figures both with and without the indent - to confuse things further, some of the 60mm figures have 'Cherilea' in the indent and some don't.

Steve.
