Since there was so much death/wounded in and around Stalingrad who are we not to have a few in our First Legion collection??I know this has been a topic in other manufacturers as well, but I think F.L. would look even more realistic with a few unlucky jerries/ruskies in any dio or small collection as I have right now, my mind always goes back to my all time favorite Marx battleground set with the U.S. soldier carrying the wounded soldier over his back, hint...hint:)...Sammy

good idea sammy, i'm interested as well.
but i'm pretty sure FL will cover this, all in due time.:)

that's a good idea.
you can't have a realistic dio without some dead guys.

FL is aware of that need and has addressed it in several of their newer Napoleonic releases with some really interesting casualties. I am sure they will get to it for this line in time. I suspect they will be worth the wait.;)

I completly agree on this. The casualty figures for the Napoleonic line are all very well done and I forsee this happening with the WW2 line. Given how First Legion has a 'completist' mindset in thier releases, I can't imagine they would skip casualty figures for WW2. As others have said, all in good time.

I know that wounded/dead figures add to realism...However....I must say the for me they are NOT HIGH on my priority list to purchase....I am more interested in first establishing a "collection base" for Stalingrad and may add some wounded LAST....Also with the cost of figures and AFV's and other weapons, there are too many other items I would like to purchase and see FL make first.....I hope to see a German Flak Gun with crew done soon by First Legion...as well as Russian Armour......Also i am hoping we will see the battle progress to some winter uniforms in the future....this is much anticipated.....

I don't collect the Stalingrad range, but just my two cents worth, It would be a great little vignette to have a soldier pulling a comrade out of the line of fire. Obviously it could be either Soviet or German.

This range has just got started. All sorts of important figures are still to come (i.e. MG teams, snipers etc.). I have little doubt we will see dead/wounded at some point.
