I started with a $12 BMC plastic Sherman tank and a set of Bison decals and turned into a diorama. I'm pretty sure I did this just to prove that you could do a vehicle, soldier, structure diorama for +/- $50 USD.

Also, somewhat sure that this type of Sherman wasn't used in the Arab Israeli War of 1948. Either way, to me it was a good way to spend time and create.

Figure was a one off by Del Prado by the way.
