There are no really good sources for buying, if that's what you mean. It's catch as catch can. It means keeping your eye on ebay and on this forum and doing a lot of networking so that when the opportunity comes you're in a position to buy. Occasionally, you can do good at shows. I bought a couple of Seaforths at the Valley Forge show a few years back and kept in touch with the seller and this netted me about 20 more pieces. Hard to beat that.
