SOW (Regal) Modern Brit Infantry (1 Viewer)

Just thought I'd share a few shots of a recent aquisition, which is a little out of the norm for glossy figures (and matt!).

I saw a set of 4 SOW Modern Brit Infantry on ebay a number of years back and missed the end of the auction. So, I went on the hunt to see if they were still attainable, but I've never seen the set listed on the Regal / SOW site, so I put it to the back of my mind. More recently, I made contact with Ian at Regal, who stated that he had a set of 6 ready to roll. Sooo, hand duly snapped off, they were sent winging across to the other side of the world.

I thought the figures looked good in the photo, but I was blown away with the quality when I saw them in person. The paintwork is incredibly detailed and accurate, whilst still retaining the 'toy' look of gloss soldiers. Really happy with these and wished they'd do more.

SoW makes an excellent product, easily one of the top gloss makers. I have over a dozen of their sets, Indian Lancers and French WW1, and they are all beautiful. -- Al

Nice purchase Simon, apparently Regal will have a stand at the London show in June.
