I ordered a set of 24th from Regal. It took 10 days to get my order ready and shipped. Unfortunately, customs got hold of it but here it is.
Figures are made in a tin/lead alloy. The set is painted in glossy enamels (still smells like fresh paint) and packed in a white foam that is softer than the foam used by WB or K&C. Which is good since the figures are not individually wrapped in paper. Soft means no scratches. No gun or bayonet was bent. So far so good.
The quality of the paintjob is outstanding. There are always minor imperfections but I never saw any gloss figure with so few. And I am very picky. The figures are a bit taller than WB gloss. I don't have any Trophy or LL for comparison.
Nice bright classic colors. The small detail is painted flawlessly. And two of them have beards. I'm pretty sure more sets will follow! I can recommend them.
Here are some pics. Last image has some WB for reference.
