Expect to pay crazy numbers. One recent sale in France of both SP017 & SP018 sold for $400 which I think is a low price. There was also a USA sale of the two sets for $600. They are not rare and do show up on ebay fairly often.

As the prices tend to be high, you may want to think instead of buying the building that was just issued and is an improvement over the older one.

Good point. The new Farmhouse is $200 and Andy did say they were soon going to release a new courtyard set.

If you're buying them together then maybe $500ish?

I managed to get them both last year for about £280-£300ish but had to source the courtyard from America!
