Yo Troopers, some more of the Chas Stadden items I got this week posted some yesterday. All in need of painting.
1. Not really sure what this is, but think its a Knight from the Napoleonic Chess set. Don't know if this was put on this base for issue or it was the Chess base, but a rare item. Anyone recognize the Regiment, its a bit beat up and in need of a repaint.
2. The Marquis Of Latayette Bishop Chess piece from the AWI dont think this was released only in the Chess set so will be very scarce.
3. Colonel Banastre Tarleton Bishop Chess piece in the opposing Army from the AWI Chess set, dont think this was released either only in the Chess set.
Nicknamed "Butcher Tarleton" after the massacre of Americans at Waxhaus 1781.
4 Two Chess pieces from the ACW Chess set. Jefferson Davis which was the King piece, and Longstreet who was the Bishop piece. Both these were released on bases via the Catalogue, but as yet have not seen them for sale.
5. A very rare piece of The 3rd Guards 1815 (Scots Guards) playing a French Horn (must have picked it up after the Battle of Waterloo lol). Don't think this model was ever released. Just put it together for the photo needs a slight repaint.
