There's a new photograhic book in town on the battle of Stalingrad called Angriff.
The author is Jason D. Mark. He has written other books on the battle of Stalingrad. All very well researched. I've seen some of the photo's and they are great. All never before released. If your a fan of this battle, this is a must have book.

been waiting for amazon.com to add this book.

i don't buy books from Ebay anymore as shipping will cost me $USD40.

I'm hoping that Amazon gets this release too. They do carry one or two other of his books.This new book is just making the rounds to the Military book dealers right now. It runs about 368 pages and is suppost to have about 700 photo's. The author also runs down where the photo's was taken and what units were in the photo. It's largely from the German standpoint of the battle.
This seems like a VERY LONG OVERDUE BOOK on this battle.
