I was playing around with one of my American Civil War standard bearers today, more specifically the 2nd Wisconsin Regimental Flag Bearer (ACW100). This being one of the more recent flag bearers it's made out of the resin type of material verses the earlier solid metal ones. I was wondering if these flags are meant to be adjustable such as the flag blowing in the wind a certain direction? I just happened to move mine a little today by accident and noticed that it turned and could be adjusted with the sound of clicks taking place. Just wondering if this was meant to be on purpose or if it would lead to the breaking of the flag at some point...?

I have had some spin. Based on how squeaky they are when they spin, I've always thought it wasn't designed to do so. Not sure though

I'd be concerned about the balance of the figure. If the orientation of the flag shifts, could it cause the figure to fall over?

The resin flags aren't designed to be moved. I have the recent NY ones and they don't move. The metal ones, yes, but not the resin ones.
