Wondering about the status of unused military figures. When I do a diorama I usually have some figures I didn't need or use that are left over. What becomes these figure? Depending on what your diorama is presenting some may go unused. My point is that there may be some extra figures from other peoples diorama that may prove helpful to other dioramas. Is there a thread or topic started on extra figures that I can research up on?

Not really anything to research. When you have figures left over-say you bought a box of 40 but you only used 10-they go in to what we call The Stash, or in the case of figures, the Grey Army (referring to figures that are primed but not painted). If you think you'll never use them, or don't want them, you can offer them up for sale or for trades. That's pretty much it.
