I decided to try and spruce these two kits up with some custom weathering. The Stuart was the non-enthusiast version with no weathering at all, and the GMC was the enthusiast version with just a little weathering around the tires/bottom of truck. I didn't really like the look of the truck weathering so I changed it some and added more. Anyway, I think they look better with the more "battle worn" dusty look. I spent the afternoon on the project and am reasonably satified with the results. FOV tanks/vehicles are a great value and sometimes with a few customized modifications can look even better.

Nice work and well photographed. FoVs are fun to dress up aren't they?

Very nice diorama! I agree with Gary, FOV is the best value for the money and it's 1/32 scale. Too bad they aren't concentrating on die cast as much as they used to. There figures seem a bit small for 1/32, great animation but quality is lacking. Overall FOV is still great and looks good in your dio. Is that a Build-A_Rama grass mat in the foto? Looks great.

Carlos

Thanks guys, and Carlos yes the mat is a Build-A-Rama grass mat with road.:)

That looks impresive. Where did you find the gunner? it didn't come with the truck did it?

i don't have the truck but in all the pics i've seen the gunner is included, even in the action grade one.
