i have or had all of those mentioned except for the Pershing. I understand that was one of their early tanks and has been retired for a long time and is very much still in demand and brings about triple the usual money for an FOV.
Does anyone have all of the Tanks named after generals? Stuart, Lee, Grant, Sherman, and Pershing? I just found a Stuart for $14.00 at Target I can not spend a lot of dough until I have a prudent reserve so cash flow for toyys has been severely cut back. $14.00 I can handle. I did have a good week.
looking forward to seeing more. Have to love the prices on this gear. One can do all kinds of things with any number of vehicles for a lot less than K&C Tanks. I have a few. I need to get a few more for some Bulge dios One of these days I would like to have all the general Tanks ; Lee , Stuart, Grant, Sherman, Pershing.
I have to agree with you Harry. Plus I like the 1/32 scale. As much as I like some of the other makers stuff in 1/30, I just refuse to cross that line. I like painting my plastic figs so as far as vehicles go I stick with 1/32 so they can be used together.
I dont see it happening. Although, when it comes to this hobby I have said that before and been completely wrong.

Don't forget the Chaffee (M24) named fo Adna Chaffee "father of the Armored Force". Pershing and Chaffee were about the first tanks to named by the Americans. The other names came from the British, who started the whole "name thing". To the US Army that thing we call a "Sherman" would be "Medium Tank M4" (or M4A1, M4A3, etc). On US Army records they were simply "medium tank", although some records break them down by "medium tank, 75mm gun" and "medium tank, 76mm gun".
Post-WW2 one can find the "Patton", "Walker Bulldog", "Sheridan" and "Abrams".
