I just noticed this on the Hobby Bunker web site. Is this something new or did I pull a Rip Van Winkle {eek3}

They sure got that one backwards. They should have done a higher production of the other & done this at 20 if that

Well.... so far..... I've never met a Stuka I didn't like....Wasn't this supposed to have a yellow nose engine area for the Battle of Britian???.....were only 20 of that color scheme produced??.....I think that most of us would have favored that style.

Frank,

The yellow was a special one that Clive had made up and he still has a couple. This BoB one looks different. Maybe I wasn't asleep ^&grin

the yellow nose was Rudel's east front unit

Thank you Blowtorch...I didn't know that....Anyway...I like the Rudel version better...it stands out visually.....a very cool color scheme.

ya, and never obsolete. Even after the canon Stuka's were invented in mid 43, dive bombers were kept around to suppress flak so the canon guys could work uninterrupted.

When I last talked to Clive he still had a couple available but they were more expensive than the winter one.

Frank,

Clive told me (if I remember correctly) it was 280 Pounds, which equates to approximately $450. Shipping is extra. As these were special order, I don't know if Figarti is going to make them.

Hope that helps.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family (as well as everyone else too).
