This is a serious suggestion aimed at those forum members for whom English is a second language.

1/ Write out your message in your native language (French, Dutch, Urdu, Whatever) in MS Word or a similar wordprocessing application.

2/ Log onto the following web page; http://babelfish.altavista.com/

3/ Copy and paste your text into the text translation box.

4/ Select your "translate from and to languges". Example, "French to English".

5/ Highlight the translated text, then copy and paste it into your new treefrog post.

This procedure will ensure that your posts appear on the forum as I'm sure you would wish them to.

Best Regards

Come on Damian.
The majority of Forum Members are native-english speakers.
I'm just trying to help those people for whom English is a second language to put their points across in a better way so that we all understand what they mean and there's a minimum of misunderstandings. I'm not in any way meaning to be condescending or malicious.
Besides, Robbie Burns wrote poetry in the 18th Century Lowland Scots Dialect, which is a very different language from Modern Standard English.
:):):)

And notice that I end my post with Best Regards. This is my secret code to let people know that its not a take the pi$$ post.

Cheers

Just pulling your leg there Harry old man.
Lived in Edinburgh for a year and went to a Burns evening.
As I have said before I loved the place and the people.
Keep on posting those dioramas

Och, I knew you were just having some fun, but I wanted to ensure that everyone else was aware that I'm only trying to help and I'm not criticising their English. You know what I mean.

Ought to have the new dioramas finished by the weekend and shall continue posting. The feedback has been pretty positive on what I've been posting so far.

Cheers
