Hi

Got the latest batch of EMM figures shipped to me out in New Zealand. Posted out late the previous week and arrived five days later on my desk at work (its where I get all my soldiers shipped to as access to our security gated Welly apartment can prove problematic).

Anyway some really nice figures with the Belgian Maxime machine gun team and BEF figures complementing the EMM Belgian infantry and a range of other BEF figures I had in my collection.

Thanks Malcolm for the great, friendly service and lovely figures. Keep up the good work and I will be no doubt ordering again as your ever increasing range of figures grows.

Gary

Hi NZGary,

Very nice set up ...lots of action in the pictures and a fantastic bonding of sets from different manufacturers, just as I like.......
The charging battery and the charging German cavalry piquet are great.

Congrats on the Belgians...we see so few of them, that when a nice dio comes up is great......Not to mention the Belgian farm as a backdrop provides a great flare to the whole set.

Cheers

Personally for diorama and shelf/picture taking ( stuff I really enjoy )I prefer the early days of WW1, when there was that naive romantic flare that war would be over by Christmas, chivalry prevailed, not to mention we still had movement and there was colour on the opposing sides uniforms not to say the landscape {sm3}{sm3}

That is an old set from W Britain. Much sought after and beautiful. It was mt first ever "Big" purchase some years ago. Great to see Gary using his in this display.

The full range of Belgians will be on show and available exclusively from Treefrog Treasures at the Chicago show. I enjoyed researching and briefing them to our sculptor, they are an often forgotten army.

Hi Gary,

Glad to be of service to you and it is always a pleasure, much like looking at your posts. I am starting to think I need to employ you as my image photographer!

Some truly great shows here and thanks for sharing them/ An even bigger thank you for ensuring no palm trees appear {sm4}{sm4}{sm4}

Have a good rest of the weekend.
