Big hello to everyone... after quite some time away from the Toy Soldier arena I jumped back into this weekend and pulled out some resin kits that were just waiting for a lick of paint... this one is Verlinden #1576 a Swiss Grenadier Officer, Napoleonic era completed with Vallejo Paints and finished off with Tamiya Matt Clear...

Cheers,

Could I know how you apply the Tamiya MATT CLEAR ?

Is it paint over the figure using brushes or AIR-spray ?

What are the ratio of water to the CLEAR you used ?

Great matt finish ! :salute::

Hello... the Tamiya Matt Clear is a small spray can (Tamiya TS-80)... I usually give 2 light coats and have found it to be the best Matt Clear spray although there are quite a few model makers who use dullcote... :)

Cheers
