Just back from attending the Annual Dinner in Sydney, Hosted by Peter Nathan.
I am very fortunate to have travelled the world, and have purchased Toy Soldiers from Hong Kong, London, Europe and America, and without a doubt, Peter's store is the best.
From the moment you enter, you are literally captivated by the glass display cabinets, and the vast array of Toy Soldiers.
The building that Peter's store is located in, is a fine piece of Victorian architecture and when you enter Peter's store you are instantly reminded of a well
appointed study.
Peter and Sven are very knowledgeable about all things Toy Soldiers.
During the Dinner that Peter hosted, there were a lot of questions about the future releases of King and Country. The next six months will see some excellent releases that will make a lot of people happy.
If you are ever in Sydney, definitely go and experience the store, you won't be disappointed.

Peter's a class act, that's for sure! I'm interested to see his new(-er) place as I remember his store in the basement. We hit Sydney when the US dollar was getting a SUPER exchange on Aussie cash. I seem to remember buying a bunch of Market Garden pieces there.

Can't wait to go back!

It was a pleasure to see so many collectors at the dinner and to interact with those at my table.

Andy gave a very entertaining speech and Peter was very informative.

The company was good, the venue was comfortable and the food was worthwhile (I love roasts !!). As a first timer I will certainly be awaiting the next opportunity.

Yes, it is very nice store indeed with nice displays and located in QVB. Make some memorable purchases during my visit there a few years back, managed to get the VAT rebate at customs, only to pay it back due to a speeding ticket that clocked me during my drive from Melbourne to Sydney the week before (received it in the post). Nevertheless, it was a memorable visit indeed.
