Just saw this. Very loose geopolitical movie with several meandering ho-hum threads not neatly tied up together. But it has decent reviews:

All I remember is that George Clooney had a rough time in that movie
Enjoyed the chirp about how the Chinese use these torture techniques to make the Buddhist monks recant their beliefs, but you have no beliefs but I am going to torture you anyway

It's a complex movie with a pretty cynical take on the US role in the Middle East. I can't say I want to watch it again but there was certainly food for thought. There are a few powerful scenes.
