Take the M*A*S*H Quiz (1 Viewer)

26 of 30.

Give me a dry martini, Mr. Kwok. I want to see dust on the olive. I want a veritable dust-bowl of a martini.

Prost!

I got 27 right but I protest the question about what was spelled out on the ground in the final episode. I knew the correct answer which does not match with the choice they gave in the T/F form the question was asked in. -- Al

That was fun, 26/30. Watched this series from the start, my wife and I know every eposide and can quote most of the iconic lines in the script. Thanks for putting up the link. Robin.

The finale aired during my freshman year, during pledging, as a matter of fact. We played a drinking game, doing a shot anytime someone said, "Korea", or "Klinger".

That was also the year "Jesus of Nazareth" aired, and "The Thornbirds", if I remember correctly.

"Dry, drier, driest, Mr. Kwok."

"Four parts gin and a moment of silence for the vermouth."

"Can I be frank with you, Pierce?"
"Does that mean Frank's gonna be Henry with me?"

"You're a nice guy, Radar."
"I used to get hit if I wasn't."

"Gentlemen, in eight months, two weeks and three days, I expect to be in my backyard in Nebraska, grilling. Why are you wetting on my charcoal?"

Prost!

25 out of thirty, not bad considering I didn't really watch it that much after Henry and Trapper left, I found it lost a great deal without them.

25 - guessed a few with mixed results!

That said, the show got pretty 'preachy' the further it went along. I doubt whether Alda voted republican all that often!

'I doubt whether Alda voted republican all that often!'

I remember him being interviewed about his role as a Republican candidate in The West Wing. Asked how/if he could do that, he replied "I've played a criminal, a murderer so I think I can do a Republican too." (well along those lines),

I think that Alda played a Democrat vying for the presidential nomination in "The Seduction of Joe Tynan", and he also wrote the screenplay for that movie from the late '70s.
