How about this for a tail of WOW & JOY.

Brought a number of JJ's sets from 3 dealers (2 x USA & Europe) in the last few weeks, all arrived last week.

Order 1 - 4 x BM-01 & BM-03. Card missing from one of the BM-01's !!! But wait there is more.

Order 2 - 3 x BM-02 & CAN-02. Two of the kneeling BM-02 figures have there bayonet holders bent and the black paint has come off (but there is more) both the paddlers in the CAN-02 set have there paddles bent and paint has come off !!!!! But wait there is more.

Order 3 - QR-01 & WIM-04 & 05. Standing firing Ranger has base and tomahawk snapped off !!!!!!!

Now you can cry, I did !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So its on the computer to the dealers.

Order 1 - Card found and on it way to me.

Order 2 - CAN-02 to be replaced and I get to keep the damaged set. BM-02 no replacements available I will have to touch up. I hate doing touch ups on such great figures, but what else can I do.

Order 3 - QR-01 no replacements available, will have to try and fix it and do an insurance claim.

But wait there is more.

I drop John Jenkins a email chasing color codes for black paint and tan paint to do touch ups.

John sends back he will replacement the 5 damaged figures for me....................................................................

Can you believe it. I have gone from the s*** house to the penthouse in one day. To say I was over the moon, is saying nothing. For costumer service like that he can have my first born (if I had one).

But there is more.

Not only does he replace the figures, he does it at no cost and to boot is sending me bottles of the two paints.

But there more.

He then puts me onto a dealer with sets of his old RR and WI sets...............................................

He can now have my wife and second born (not got either of those).

I here by dedicate my life to my GOD John, the man is a GOD.

I will let you know the dealers name once I clean him out. :D

Back to the real world now, this is the type of customer service and product support that should come with all things, but very very seldom does.

My next order from John is on its way with the replacement, paints and 14 sets of his new figures.

1 x QB-01 Wolfe
1 x QB-03 Kings Colors 47th Reg.
1 x QB-04 Reg. Colors 47th Reg.
1 x QB-05 Officer/Drummer 47th Reg.
2 x QB-06 Grenadiers 47th Reg.
4 x QB-07 Line Infantry 47th Reg.
1 x BM-06 Wounded Grenadiers
3 x QR-01 Quebec Rangers (Yes he does have sets still available)

I will put some photos and comments up on the new sets when they get here on Friday.

But there is more.

The postage was free on the delivery ...............................................

In finishing all I can say is these are the best figures around, the best customer service I have ever received, the price is value for money (@ $23 to $25 each) on figures of this quality and as limited editions you could do a lot worst then buying John's sets.

Once again I think I have broken my own record for running off at the mouth, sorry about the long read.

Great News - Congrats

Now where do you live exactly??

We just want to drop by .........

Monty-
Leave a few sets for the rest of us. BTW: what is the relationship between JJ and Frontline? I recently found a number of the JJ RR sets listed as Frontline figures. They actually look very similar to the Frontline Rangers/Indians.

Combat,

What I got from John was that Frontline were the company that made his RR and WI figures. So there are some Frontline Dealers who have them listed but I have only found one with some available and that was from a collector he knows.
