JJD is going to be releasing early German WW2 tanks. Another reason why FL needs to re-issue the German tank Commanders !

That would be a great idea but could we have crew for the two tigers first

Mark

Kronprinz has a set of two Panzer Kommander figures that are very nice and will fit into the cupola of the Tiger I. I use them in my Figarti Tiger I #222.

JJD is releasing tank crews for his early panzers, and they are wearing the appropriate headgear worn by the early Panzerwaffen.
That being said, it would be great for FL to rerelease those sold out tankers.......they are always a welcome addition to be used with current and future tank releases by any number of makers.

The Kick-started program has been on hold for over 4 months, so maybe if a lot of people should email Matt, and inquire about it. I calculated how many was needed for FL to do it but forgot the number. But over 100 pieces ordered is a good estimate.

Mind you, when they do it. Its delaying pieces that they want to make. IE if they have 100 workers, if someone is painting, etc. They are not working on any new one. And I dont think you want an outside contract doing it. Because the quality might suffer.
And also FL has to make money on those remakes, to compensate for the money that they would have made in a new release.

I think the German WW2 in the first kickstarter got the required amount,, As far as taking time from producing new items, perhaps FL shouldn't make so many genres.. How bout sticking to WW2 and Napoleonics..

I don't think FL should cut anything becuase you or anyone else missed out on an earlier piece. How is that fair to other people that dont collect WW2? And im saying this as a WW2 collector. If i miss out on a piece so be it. If i really want it itll eventually show up on the secondary market!

How bout not. FL has many successful lines other then WW2 and Naps. Speaking for myself, I collect the "Glory of Rome" line. I'm pretty sure the interest levels are pretty high in this era along with several other lines that FL produces that aren't WW2 or Naps.

???,I like 90 To 99 percent of what FL makes, and that includes the Napoleonics and WWI and WWII, I might not buy/ own every thing. But it is a delight to do see, what they have, and to see what is next.
If we only see blues( WWII), and Reds (Napoleonics). It becomes boring after a while, if there are more variety of genres, then it becomes a spectrum of colors... More to look at... More to enjoy... More to marvel at...

If someone only collects WW2 thats fine but First Legion are now making 17 different lines, releases are being spread over all these lines in time. It boggles the mind that someone would somehow miss a WWII release.

It would stand to reason that they would have plenty of time when First Legion are producing products for one of the other 16 lines to save for when First Legion do release a WWII product ^&confuse.

And then for someone to ask for even more WWII products when they can't keep up now ^&confuse^&confuse. Well .... I just don't get it.............

I don't know about everyone else but I hope they spread out into even more lines. That way when they do produce something I have to have in one of the lines I collect, I will one have the money ready and waiting or two have more time to make a purchase before they sell out.

Also it will give even more collectors out there the chance to enjoy First Legions products in a line that they do enjoy that is not yet being covered.

Toy Soldiers is a sellers market, manufacturers decide what they make and when. The after market (eBay) has FL Tankers, Sherman Tanks and many other figures available now.

And remove the vast majority of their fan-base?

Skewed logic on your behalf
