Tet Offensive - BBC Witness Podcast (1 Viewer)

No, he has nothing to do with Burns as it’s from the BBC, the British Broadcasting Corporation.

Their Witness series is excellent. Every weekday they have a 9 to 10 minute program remembering something that happened on that day. Today’s program was about corporal punishment in British schools. Monday’s is about the Klaus Barbie case.

Do you also listen to the BBC " In our Time " radio series Brad ? Very interesting topics discussed on pretty much everything through ancient and modern history, art and culture with top academics in the field under scrutiny. Hosted by Melvyn Bragg.

Rudi, I haven’t heard of it but will be sure to check it out. Thanks for the tip.

Brad

You really should, it is a longstanding series, an institution of radio 4 documentary really. The list is now very extensive of topics covered, from Cicero, Battle of Hastings to Hitler and all in between ( and before).
